Transparency Report 2023 - 2024

In our Transparency Report for the year 2023-2024, we present our ongoing endeavours, progress and results of our Audit Quality approach. In this year's edition, we provide deeper insights in several key themes. For example, the report provides a comprehensive explanation of how we are further refining our adoption of ISQM1, outlines our dedicated efforts related to ESG and emphasizes our focus on using GenAI in audits. It highlights our audit and assurance initiatives, external and internal quality monitoring, various initiatives aimed at our employees, such as the report from our Young Audit Board, and our learning culture (incl. our Bright Development Programme), including the (ongoing) investigation into answer sharing and learning behaviour.
