“The world around us is changing at a rapid pace. It is precisely in this context that trust and transformation remain at the heart of our role,” says Hans Honig, CEO of Deloitte Netherlands. “We have helped clients become more agile, including by responsibly integrating AI into strategy, operations and decision-making. At the same time, we have invested in our people, quality and the continued transformation of our services.”
AI and resilience central to our services
AI and resilience were key themes in the market and in Deloitte’s services during the past financial year. Deloitte supports organisations in AI-driven transformations that create sustainable value for clients, employees and society. Responsible use of AI is central to this approach. Deloitte takes a technology-independent approach. Deloitte also expanded its use of AI-enabled platforms, including Omnia, Intela and Solaria. These agentic AI platforms support complex business processes.
Since 2024, public and private organisations have been working together through the “Leading Group: Coalition for National Resilience and Security” to build a more resilient Netherlands. Deloitte is a co-initiator. Through knowledge sharing, events and study visits, participants learn from one another and work together to determine how they can better absorb major societal and economic shocks collectively.
Other examples include scenario exercises involving a 72-hour power outage and Virulent, a multi-day national exercise involving twenty healthcare and public-sector organisations to test the Netherlands’ pandemic preparedness.
Stable growth
Revenue development remained stable. Deloitte maintained a clear focus on profitability, cost control and investments in technology, quality and talent. This strengthens the Deloitte’s position to support clients with complex transformations and changing societal and economic conditions.
Client satisfaction continued to increase. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) rose to 8.7 and the Client Satisfaction Assessment (CSA) score to 8.4. The percentage of reviews by external regulators, including the AFM and PCAOB, that received a positive assessment remained at 100 percent.
One of the developments bringing us together with our clients and other stakeholders is Deloitte’s new office in Eindhoven. It will include a Living Lab: an inspiring meeting place where clients, public authorities, knowledge institutions, students and other partners from the Brainport Eindhoven ecosystem can come together. By encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing, Deloitte aims to contribute to Brainport Eindhoven’s unique profile as a leading European region for technology and innovation, while attracting talent from within and beyond the region.
People, inclusion and sustainability
At the end of the financial year, Deloitte Netherlands employed more than 7,300 people in the Netherlands. We strengthened our Employee Value Proposition in the areas of performance, learning, inclusion and reward.
The proportion of women in leadership positions increased to 33.8 percent, while women represented 23.4 percent of partners. We remain committed to building an organisation in which our people are a strong reflection of society and the clients we serve.
In the area of sustainability, Deloitte Netherlands reported a reduction in total CO2 emissions, partly due to the continued electrification of its leased vehicle fleet and lower emissions from business travel.
In 2026, the Deloitte Impact Foundation celebrates its tenth anniversary. Over that period, colleagues contributed a total of 250,000 pro bono hours to more than 600 projects focused on education, inclusion, financial health and sustainability. During the past financial year, more than 1,000 colleagues contributed over 26,000 pro bono hours. In addition to partnerships with The Ocean Cleanup, the Dutch Food Banks and WWF-Netherlands, colleagues also contribute to societal projects that they propose themselves, such as Stichting AYA and our programme in collaboration with Future Academy supporting the integration of people with a refugee background.
Deloitte EMEA
Since 1 June 2026, we have been part of Deloitte EMEA: a collaboration of 16 firms in more than 80 countries, comprising approximately 132,000 professionals and combined revenue of €20 billion. This greater scale gives us additional scope to collaborate across borders and to invest a further €1.5 billion over the next four years in areas including AI, sovereign cloud and sector-specific solutions. It enables us to innovate faster, build scale and better support clients with cross-border transformations.
Outlook
“The outlook remains less predictable due to geopolitical developments and economic uncertainty,” says Honig. “At the same time, we are confident that our combination of trust, quality, technology and talent positions us well to help our clients navigate their most important challenges and to contribute to a resilient society.”
