He has led numerous engagements, assessing, crafting and implementing technology strategies in M&A that create and deliver value and support complex deal theses.
In addition, Tuna pioneers Deloitte’s approach to evaluating AI driven risks and opportunities in M&A. Positioned at the intersection of technology and business impact, he leads Deloitte Netherlands’ AI Due Diligence and Readiness offering across the deal lifecycle, assessing and converting AI risks and opportunities into prioritised initiatives and an actionable roadmap that supports the investment thesis and delivers measurable value throughout ownership.
