Stefanie Ruys

Stefanie is the Technology Resilience leader and the Resilience Market Maker for Deloitte in The Netherlands. Stefanie is part of Deloitte’s Global Resilience Leadership team and has developed Deloitte’s Global Resilience Methodology. 

She has over 19 years of experience in the Risk, Cyber, Crisis & Resilience area across different sectors and industries in the EMEA, and North American market.   

In her role, Stefanie supports organisations to reduce organizational, financial, and reputational impacts associated with business and technology crisis and disruptions. 

Stefanie specializes in Operational and Technology Resilience (including Cyber Resilience), Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, Minimal Viable Business, IT Disaster Recovery, Incident Management/Response and Physical Security advisory services to our clients globally.

She also has extended experience in large transformations, Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise & Operational Risk (including risk Culture & Conduct) and post-merger integrations.
