Stefan Ruhland has more than 20 years' experience in management and IT consulting for banks and other financial‑services providers, with a focus on bank governance and supervisory law. He is a recognised expert and thought leader in data management and has supported numerous clients in Germany and internationally with the preparation and execution of supervisory reviews, assessing implementation needs, addressing findings, and, more generally, with the implementation of BCBS 239 and the ECB’s RDARR (Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting).
Within Deloitte he leads the European working group on BCBS 239 and the ECB’s RDARR, and represents Deloitte in various exchanges with the ECB and national supervisory authorities.
