Within the Tax & Legal department I am responsible for the Private Equity Backed Companies initiative. Together with my team I assist portfolio companies held by PE investors throughout the investment cycle in respect of all relevant tax areas/topics.

Based on the experience gained during my M&A career I am able to be a linking pin between management and investor with an aim to support in the overall value creation process.
