Roy van de Ven is a Global Business Tax specialist focusing on international restructurings, business, finance and intangible planning. Roy, who started his career in 1997, is part of Energy, Resources & Industrials Group in Rotterdam. He serves multinational enterprises in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals and Maritime & Offshore Industry based in Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific. He has significant experience in corporate reorganizations, taxation of group companies, partnerships, branches, cross-border business and finance structuring.

He joined the Rotterdam office of Deloitte after the merger with Arthur Andersen in June 2002 and was working with the Arthur Andersen International Tax Group in the Willemstad – Curaçao (Dutch Antilles) office and Rotterdam (2000-current) office in The Netherlands.
