Roel leads Deloitte’s executive remuneration advisory practice in the Netherlands. Roel advises (Remuneration Committees of) major Dutch and European companies across different sectors. He advises his clients in matters such as remuneration strategy and policy, corporate governance, incentive design and market analysis. Roel is experienced in working with Supervisory Boards / Boards of Directors, Remuneration Committees, Management Boards and senior HR/rewards executives.
