I have been advising financial institutions for almost 25 years on how they can use technology to achieve better results for their clients, people and society. In Deloitte, I am leading the Technology Strategy & Transformation offering which includes the advise on IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data management, and the Technology operating model , but also the digital transformations to cloud, digital platforms, big data and agile ways of delivering IT, and automation of processes using tooling such as ServiceNow. I focus on clients in the banking sector in the Netherlands, but also serve insurers and pension funds.
