As a Commercial Director with 10+ years in the Oracle ecosystem and nearly 20 years in sales, I combine commercial leadership with technical and programme expertise to drive business development and large‑scale transformation across BeNeLux, the Nordics and Switzerland. I cover the full Oracle stack (Cloud Applications, platform, infrastructure and databases) and the entire commercial lifecycle, from market and partner strategy to deal structuring and post‑sale value realisation. I specialise in complex cross‑border programmes, building high‑performing teams, partner ecosystems and senior stakeholder relationships, with a focus on business value, risk‑managed execution and accelerated time‑to‑benefit. Outside work I enjoy travel, hiking and snowboarding.
