I started my career at Deloitte in 2001 and have been in the role of partner within Deloitte Consulting since 2015. What drives me is being able to do impactful projects/transformations for our clients. These are often complex issues in which the human aspect affects the organization and vice versa.
My focus is on the Dutch family business and the “Dutch icons”. I am also a sponsor of our Future Winners strategy, which is aimed at scale-ups in the Netherlands.
I like to opt for an innovative and inspiring approach, a focus on the long term and building relationships based on mutual trust.
