Michal is Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Team of Deloitte Amsterdam. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of M&A real estate and fund structuring, focusing on (international) transactions, due diligence, (re)structuring advice, SPA services and related services in both sell- and buy-side transactions. He focuses on Private Equity Real Estate, institutional investors and developers of real estate.

Michal has completed the Master of Real Estate (MRE) at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
