Manon is Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Tax&Legal Global Employer Services (GES) practice in The Netherlands. GES offers a broad spectrum of Reward and Mobility solutions for a company's (global) workforce, underpinned by technology and data analytics.

Manon has over 20 years of experience working with large multinational companies from all industries and sectors. Her expertise lies in transforming International Mobility - from mainly compliance focused - into a business & talent strategy driver using data insight and enhanced people experience.

Manon is a true believer of 'team': teaming up to unleash individual strenghts and talents, to reach common goals in balance together; this believe she applies both in her Deloitte leadership roles and in working with her clients.
