Lotte Aelvoet is a Partner in Deloitte’s Regulatory Risk practice, advising financial institutions on complex regulatory and non-financial risk challenges.With experience across international banks and in both the first and second lines of defence, Lotte combines deep regulatory expertise with a strong understanding of how regulation translates into governance, operating models, risk management and business operations.
She supports financial institutions in designing and transforming their compliance and non-financial risk frameworks, with a particular focus on risk and control frameworks, SIRA, regulatory transformation, policy and governance, financial crime risk management and market entry. Her work focuses on helping organisations move beyond regulatory compliance towards more integrated, effective and sustainable risk management.
