After a decade in audit, I moved to M&A in 2008 and I am currently a Partner within Strategy & Transactions. My experience since includes buy-side and sell-side due diligence, restructuring and I’ve specialized in carve-out and capital market transactions.

I mainly serve corporate clients and have more than 12 years of experience with buy- and sell-side advice.

I lead a team within our M&A practices that supports clients in delivering these complex transactions successfully. Furthermore, my team includes specialists on share purchase agreement advice.

I enjoy playing hockey and am a weekend hobby cook. Please ask my family for which I’m more talented.
