At Deloitte, my team and I help Financial Services clients prepare, respond and recover from crises and disruptive events. We do this across the pillars of Safety & Security, Resilience & Critical Infrastructure, and Trust & Reputation.

The Financial Services sector is changing rapidly: trends such as hyper-connectivity, digitalisation, regulatory complexity and climate-related risk make it harder to strategise: especially when under pressure. We provide confidence and clarity (Prioritize, Protect, Pressure) for when it really matters.

In my role within Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory I am responsible for our services to the Financial Services industry, with a focus on cyber security, responsible data usage, reputation and crisis management, and broader risk management and control. I worked with financial institutions for over 20 years and working closely with regulators such as DNB, AFM and EU bodies. That cross‑sector experience allows me to bring best practices and lessons learned back into Financial Services, helping clients do responsible business and avoid what went wrong before. I’m always open to conversations about the major trends shaping the sector: data use, financial health, resilience and cyber security.
