I have over 15 years of experience in the area of Real Estate transactions (both sell- and buy- side), fund structuring, due diligence, (re)structurings and tax compliance. Also, I am experienced in ruling processes and litigating on behalf of real estate clients. My focus is on Real Estate investment funds, institutional investors as well as real estate developers
