Within Deloitte I am responsible for Payroll Strategy & Service Delivery as part of the HR Transformation team in the Netherlands. Within NSE I am the Payroll Lead to enhance our collaboration within the region to support our clients in the best way.

I am a driven and enthusiastic professional with over 22 years of experience in Global Payroll advisory, Payroll Sourcing, and Payroll Transformations, specializing in international projects aimed at streamlining and optimizing global Payroll & HR initiatives, sourcing projects and conducting business feasibility studies.

Through a strong focus and high-energy execution, I have successfully established a proven track record of building trust, fostering customer intimacy, and delivering high-quality value creation.
