I work as Director responsible for SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass and Qualtrics in the HR Transformation practice. I have over 2 decades of experience in HR technology, in a large variety of roles, including more specialist configuration of HR and Payroll solutions, solution architecture, director for implementation programs and account management for HR and Payroll services.

I enjoy advising and partnering with customers to ensure they maximize the use of HR Technology to meet their strategic goals. With new innovations and a fast changing market, this requires making difficult choices and having a clear vision.

As part of my role, I have a strong focus on Diversity Equity and Inclusion: I chair the consulting DEI council for Deloitte Consulting and I am accredited Inclusive Leadership coach.
