I am a Partner with Deloitte Financial Advisory and lead the Transaction Services practice in Rotterdam. I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on large and complex (international) transactions, primarily providing due diligence, (re)structuring, reorganisation and valuation advice.

I have served clients in the Energy sector for more than 20 years focusing on power and utilities, renewables, oil and gas (up-, mid-, and downstream) and (asset-backed) commodity trading.
