Franklin Soetens has over 20 years of experience with VAT and transfer tax in the public sector. Since 2007, Franklin has been jointly responsible for advising healthcare institutions. He has been a partner at Deloitte since 2010. As of June 1, 2013, he is nationally responsible for tax public sector. His work involves advisory projects on legal forms and structures, mergers, governance, tax monitoring/horizontal supervision/tax control framework, and general fiscal-legal advice.
