Frank is part of the Private Client Services team within the Tax & Legal practice. He primarily advises larger family businesses and the underlying families, not only on tax matters but also on broader issues. The common thread is the continuity within the family, the assets, and the family business. This includes issues surrounding business succession, Family Governance, structuring of assets/investments, and the setup of a Single Family Office.
