Frits serves as the leader of Deloitte's Strategic Impact Assessment proposition.

Frits is well recognized as a global expert on impact measurement and valuation. During his career, he has been involved in numerous projects on measuring the impact of organizations on the environment, society and the economy. He has supported organizations in interpreting and integrating these insights into decision making, business cases and strategies.

Frits was a member of the Value Balancing Alliance (VBA) methodology board, where he contributed to the development of the methodological frameworks used by the VBA’s members.

In his free time, Frits likes to make music and work-out at the (home)gym.
