Erik is a partner in Deloitte’s Global Business Tax practice with over 20 years experience in international (corporate and individual) tax. Erik leads the specialized, cross-functional Transactions team within Deloitte. This team specializes in transactions and project driven advisory around client transformations, including corporate restructurings, entity reductions, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, refinancing, distressed (re)structuring and reorganizations.
