Erik is a partner in Deloitte’s Global Business Tax practice with more than 20 years’ experience in international taxation (both corporate and personal). Erik leads Deloitte’s specialised, multidisciplinary Transformations team. This team specialises in transactional and project-driven advice on client transformations, including corporate restructurings, entity rationalisations, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, refinancings, distressed (re)structurings and reorganisations.
