Desmond Dwayne Rozenberg is a Director in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte, based in Amsterdam. As the Director of Sustainability within the Audit & Assurance practice, Desmond specializes in providing assurance and advisory services on sustainability reporting. He is responsible for the sustainability assurance methodology in the Netherlands and is an integral member of the Deloitte Global Sustainability Assurance Methodology team.

Desmond's expertise also includes a strong focus on internal controls, Verklaring omtrent Risicobeheersing (VOR), ensuring comprehensive and reliable reporting for clients in the financial services industry. He is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance audit processes, driving both efficiency and deeper insights.

He is actively involved in the Deloitte Impact Foundation, dedicating his efforts to projects that support and empower young people.
