I'm co-leading Deloitte’s cross functional Transformations Team and have 14 years of experience in advising multinational companies in Dutch and international Tax & Legal aspects.

I specialize in large scale transformations like legal entity reductions, workforce transformations, business model transformations, global restructurings, IP migrations and post-merger integrations.

During such engagements, I contribute to building holistic structure and oversight, asserting appropriate stakeholder management and dealing with dependency monitoring to successfully manage and implement transformations in a well-structured and time sensitive way.
