I am an innovator with a passion for people and society and almost 20 years of experience in the field of Innovation & Design. Empathy, creativity and storytelling are my main skills which I combine with a deep understanding of emerging technological- and social trends and methodologies like human centered design and lean start-up. Since 2020 I lead the Applied Design practice of Deloitte Netherlands. This Design team of Deloitte NL is over 50 people strong and fastly growing and I get a lot of joy out of further building the team and accelerate our impact on people and within the market.
