Director | Tax | EU funding expertise hub leader

In Deloitte’s Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) team, I’m supporting clients to realize their corporate ambitions by building achievable innovation projects. This support involves building technically achievable projects, financially supported by grants and incentives. My specialization is on EU grants and the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.

Educated as a molecular medical biologist (PhD), I worked for 10 years in medical science, in the USA, France and The Netherlands (in oncology, immunology and virology, respectively). Then I moved to a biotech company in Amsterdam, where I have been responsible to acquire public funding for their R&D projects. Since 2003 I’m offering professional management consultancy services.

In my free time, I’m a fanatic sailor and like to walk my dogs.
