Anne is the Tax & Legal Life Sciences and Health Care Industry Leader at Deloitte The Netherlands. Besides that Anne is a Partner in Deloitte’s Legal Corporate practice.

She has over 17 years of experience in the field of Dutch Corporate Law with a focus on Global Corporate Reorganization, Transformation and Post-Merger Integration projects. She acts as both a key contact person for the respective Legal Counsels/Tax Directors and leads the respective Deloitte teams (in the Netherlands and abroad).

Anne works closely together with her Legal colleagues as well as other Deloitte service lines across the globe on all types of Corporate Reorganization projects, mostly in the Life Sciences and Health Care Industry.
