Making an impact that matters has driven a lot of the choices I have made in my professional life. I have always been energised by building high performing teams and developing our talent. And by serving clients in innovating and transforming their businesses. As CEO of Deloitte in the Netherlands, Chairman of the Executive Board and member of Deloitte North South Europe Executive, I have the privilege and unique opportunity to lead our organisation in the Netherlands and further increase our impact on our clients, our people and society at large. Before becoming CEO, I was given the opportunity to take on various leadership roles in Deloitte such as Managing Partner Financial Services, Corporate Strategy Officer and many client leadership roles.

Together with the members of the Executive Board and Executive Committee, I am focused on strengthening Deloitte’s position while reinforcing our purpose, sustainable business and fostering an inclusive and diverse culture. In my role as COO, I am responsible for the finance organisation, our Global Delivery Network, partner matters and further innovating our services. I have a background in M&A with a specialisation in Health Care and Life Sciences. Prior to the role of COO, I was Managing Partner Financial Advisory at Deloitte Netherlands.

I’m a member of the Executive Board of Deloitte in the Netherlands serving as the Chief Quality and Risk Officer (CQRO) and leading our Support Organisation (GSC). My career has spanned more than 35 years, serving large listed and multinational clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Netherlands. I’m particularly passionate about supporting the growth of both my teams and clients alike. In my previous role, I served as the Chief Growth Officer for Audit & Assurance and as the Managing Partner of Audit & Assurance, both in Asia Pacific. I was part of the National Executive for Deloitte in Australia and as well as being a member of the Global Audit and Assurance Leadership Team during that time.
