Patrick is a Tax Partner with Deloitte. His tax experience covers full range in corporate tax, advisory services, indirect tax services, payroll tax and international tax. He has also been involved in special assignments relating to tax audit and investigations, tax health check, strategic tax planning, tax due diligence, corporate/contract restructuring, investment advisory services, regulatory engagements and mergers and acquisitions assignments.
Patrick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
