We’ve created this page to spotlight the intersection of two very important things to us at Deloitte: the transformational power of the cloud and the women whose talent and innovative mindsets are enabling clients globally to unleash that power to grow and thrive.

In these profiles and videos, you’ll see the personal and professional stories of our women who work in our cloud practices across the global Deloitte organisation —women from different cultures and backgrounds, and at differing stages of their careers. Two things unite them: a passion to drive organisational and social innovation through cloud and the talent to deliver it to their clients.

Most of us use the cloud in our daily lives, whether in the form of streaming services, customer service enquiries, fitness trackers, or ride-sharing apps. But cloud is much more.  It is the lynchpin of the most cutting-edge, advanced technological capabilities—like artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, intelligent automation and blockchain— that will be essential to most private and public-sector organisations in the unfolding age of disruption. Cloud provides Deloitte clients leading technology investment opportunities to help transform their businesses.  As Dina Hoffman, one of our featured Women in Cloud, opines, it is about “leveraging cloud’s capabilities to reinvest the way we work and interact with employees and clients. It’s about unlocking the business models of the future and making an impact on client’s business, industries and our society.”            

As a father of two daughters who work in technology, I am passionate about this topic. My colleague Mark Walsh, the Globalize Consulting Leader equally shares this passion with me. Deloitte boasts many extraordinary women in technology and leadership positions, including our very own Deloitte Global Offerings and Assets leader, Heather Stockton. We are determined to do continue to do more -- enhancing our cloud practices with a diverse set of unique perspectives and innovative thinking. Not all of the women profiled here came from technology backgrounds — at Deloitte, we believe that cloud is more than about the technology, it is about the potential for transformative impact.
