Andrea started her journey at Deloitte in January 2015. She does everything regarding talent and transformation. The full spectrum of HR functions. Her favourite thing about her job is all the people that she works with at Deloitte, they are what makes this place special. Her biggest career highlight was getting a special recognition award for doing a great job despite the unusually circumstances that she found herself in.Andrea really enjoys her role as a Senior Manager, in particular the role she plays in influencing business strategies to make an impact that matters. She is very passionate about her employees and helping the firm create an environment that allows everyone to be their authentic selves.
