The Finance Act 2026 (“FA 2026” or “the Act”) received the President’s assent on 12 August 2026. FA 2026 provides to amend a number of legislations for implementation of measures recently announced in the Budget Speech delivered by The Honourable Minister of Finance on 19 June 2026.
