I. Manager- Audit (Ref: AUDM1021)
As an Audit Manager in Client Service, you would be expected to lead the field team in performing the statutory audit and report to the Engagement Partner concerned. The clientele would be across a gamut of industries including banks, offshore, manufacturing, telecom, software, media, insurance, FMCG etc.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Stay informed of general business/economic and regulatory developments and their impact to the client.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing quality services; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders.
  • Lead and/or participate in various quality and eminence building initiatives and activities.
  • Develop high-performing people and teams.
  • Create an inspiring team environment and setting clear team goals.
  • Coordinate with the client and team to ensure timely completion of audit and provide value added advice to client.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACCA/ACA
  • Minimum 2 years in an Audit Manager role
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed project
  • Experience in client relationship development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough knowledge of IFRS and IAS accounting standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills

II. Manager-Audit Quality (Ref: AUDQM1021)

Our Audit Quality Department does more than independent review of audits. As an Audit Quality Manager, you will get insights of the inner workings of an international audit firm where you will focus on key areas of professional risk and systems of quality management and controls. You will also be working together with the Audit Quality Partner and Audit Engagement team to ensure delivery of high quality audits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and supervise the execution of Audit Quality Projects including but not limited to:
    - ISQM-1 implementation (System of Quality Management)
    - Periodical monitoring and reporting on system of Quality Management
    - Performing root cause analysis for significant audit quality matters
    - Performing live file and deliverable reviews as Engagement Quality Control Reviewer
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders anticipating Audit Quality needs, responding to queries and being alert to both quality and technical matters, as necessary.
  • Report to the Professional Practice Director on all projects relating to Quality.
  • Work with engagement teams by providing timely coaching and high quality review observations for enhancement of Audit Quality and the audit process.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing audit quality, ISQC-1 compliance
  • Experience in performing live file reviews
  • Qualified ACCA/ACA
  • 1- 2 years in an Audit Manager role
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed projects
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
