On 5 January 2024, the Commissioner for Tax & Customs (‘CfTC’) published the Annual Notification form to be submitted by local non-disclosing intermediaries in relation to DAC6 notifications sent during 2023.

The Annual Notification form is to be submitted by 29 February 2024, by sending a signed copy of the completed document along with the Excel file to mdr.mfin@gov.mt.

The Annual Notification may be accessed via the CfTC website.
