Commissioner for Tax and Customs publishes updated DAC6 Annual Notification form

On 8 January 2025, the Commissioner for Tax and Customs (‘CfTC’) published the Annual Notification form to be submitted by local non-disclosing intermediaries in relation to DAC6 notifications sent during 2024.
The Annual Notification form is to be submitted by 28 February 2025, by sending a signed copy of the completed document along with the Excel file to mdr.mfin@gov.mt.
The Annual Notification may be accessed via the CfTC website.
