An Evolve business event serives

Our first event zeroed in on intellectual property, with emphasis on its practical utility within the context of real-world businesses.

The discussion focused on the identification and documentation of intellectual property assets; how organisations realise and enhance the value of intellectual property with a view to unlocking its potential.

The sessions covered key areas of relevance, including the identification, documentation and protection of IP assets with a focus on corporate and legal structuring considerations pertinent to intellectual property assets, critical tax and accounting considerations, and also provided an overview of applicable grants and incentives to support R&D and other processes capable of generating proprietary intellectual property.
