DAC6 online registration now available

The Commissioner for Revenue has notified intermediaries and taxpayers that access to submit DAC6 reports in XML format is now available through the CfR online portal for those reporting entities duly registered for DAC6 reporting purposes. Furthermore, the personalised excel spreadsheet (for those reporting entities duly registered for DAC6 reporting purposes), enabling the submission of DAC6 reports by reporting entities not having the facility to upload an XML data file, is now available also available for download through the said portal.

Kindly note that reporting of multiple disclosures with respect to the same arrangement will only be supported through the upload of an XML data file.
