Short and long term secondments

On an annual basis, Deloitte prepares a secondment plan for staff members who have been working with Deloitte for one year post-qualification. These staff members are given the opportunity to broaden their experiences through working with different clients in other Deloitte firms such as the UK, Luxembourg and U.S.A. for short or long-term periods.
