Yanika Caruana joined Deloitte in 2015 through the Deloitte Pathway Programme while studying at the University of Malta. She forms part of the Business Process Solutions team, where she manages teams responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of periodic management accounts and financial analysis, and ensuring annual financial statements comply with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements, for multiple client portfolios.
Yanika is known for her leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement. She has played a key role in implementing enterprise accounting software as well as driving the standardisation and optimisation of processes across client engagements.
Yanika is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. She has participated in innovation initiatives to develop AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes and deliver greater value.
