Rachel is a Partner of Deloitte Legal in Malta. She is a warranted advocate with a specialisation in taxation and corporate law, having graduated Doctor or Laws from the University of Malta and Master of Laws in international taxation from the University of Leiden. Rachel joined Deloitte in 2006 and her main focus is on group restructurings, inbound investment structuring and private equity investments. Rachel currently serves as the vice-Secretary and chairperson of the Education Committee of the Malta Institute of Taxation.
