Karen joined Deloitte Consulting with over 15 years of experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management at different levels of seniority. Karen managed the delivery of business and digital transformation projects in various industries primarily in the UK, including public sector (local and central government), policy and accreditation, private commercial, waste management, financial services, fraud investigation, retail, health and education. She also held the role of PMO Director, defining, rolling out and measuring the effectiveness for processes and policies for project delivery, resource management, project audits, project costings and resource utilisation.
She also has extensive expertise in feasibility studies and business case modeling to define change management programmes and benefits realisation plans. She is trained in both PRINCE2 and Agile project delivery methodologies and has delivered consultancy, mentoring, facilitation and training in Agile both locally and abroad.
