Jeremy Gatt specialises in international tax advisory, supporting both local and multinational clients across a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters. His areas of expertise encompass international corporate tax, group restructurings, holding and financing structures, investment structuring, and the tax dimensions of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. Jeremy is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Malta Institute of Taxation.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Master in Accountancy (M.Accy.) from the University of Malta, graduating in 2021 and 2024 respectively, alongside a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).
