Joanna joined the Tax business at Deloitte Malta in 2016. She focusses specifically on corporate matters as part of the Business Tax team. Within her role, Joanna has actively participated in numerous corporate transactions, both national and multinational, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.

Joanna holds a B.A. in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London as well as a Diploma in Law from the College of Law, Guildford. Following the completion of a two-year training contract, she obtained her qualification as a Solicitor in 2006 and has over eight years’ experience practising law in the UK.
