Francesca Bergedahl joined Deloitte Malta in 2021. Francesca is warranted to practice law in front of the Superior Courts of Malta. She is also a member of the Malta Maritime Law Association and the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading. Francesca has frequently contributed to a number of articles in both local and international journals. She has previously lectured ACCA students in the field of corporate law.

Francesca brings with her experience in the fields of Aviation, Shipping and Yachting. Francesca has experience in the corporate law and maritime law space, having assisted several clients with yacht and ship registration procedures and accompanying corporate structures.
Francesca is a member of the Business Tax team working on corporate transactions for national and multinational groups of companies.
