Elena is a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal in Malta, with almost a decade of experience in corporate law, financial services, and private client advisory.
Elena's primary area of focus consists of the provision of advisory and implementation services at the intersection of corporate and private client law, with specific focus on succession planning and wealth management strategies tailored to private clients and family offices. Elena’s expertise also encompasses complex cross-border corporate restructurings and reorganisations, as well as the establishment and management of trusts, foundations, and other wealth-holding structures.
She joined Deloitte on a full-time basis in 2017, having previously been enrolled in the Deloitte Malta Summer Student Programme in 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Honours (LLB. (Hons.)) in 2016 and subsequently with a Masters of Advocacy (M.Adv.) in 2017. Elena has been admitted to the Bar of Malta and the Superior Courts of Malta and has graduated with a Masters of Law (LLM) specialising in Corporate and Securities Law, having studied with the University of London.
