Daphne joined Deloitte during February 2020 and has over 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of developing and executing marketing and communication programs. She has worked successfully in major companies in challenging and fast-paced environments where she was responsible for developing and managing online and offline marketing and communications campaigns targeting both local and overseas markets.
Initially taking on the role of marketing lead for Consulting, Daphne was entrusted with developing and managing online and offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. In 2021, Daphne was given the responsibility for managing Clients & Industries marketing and business development initiatives for Consulting, Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory.
During 2023, Daphne was appointed Brand and Communications Lead and is responsible for the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies. This includes overseeing a team of 6 professionals to ensure that our communications efforts align with our overall brand and business objectives. Additionally, she is also involved in the strategy and operations of the Deloitte Malta Foundation. Daphne is also responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of marketing strategies initiated by our Growth team. She works closely with the Deloitte Malta CEO as well as the Growth team to identify potential new growth and business opportunities, whilst developing plans to advance Deloitte’s presence in the market.
