Cristina Zammit Cutajar

Cristina joined the Growth function in 2024, following two years of leading Deloitte’s Performance and Talent Experience Pillar. She brought with her a decade of project management experience in industry, which honed her ability to lead complex initiatives and drive results effectively.

As Chief of Staff for the Growth function, Cristina is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth and strengthen client relationships. She collaborates closely with executive leadership to monitor firm performance, align on priorities, and shape business decisions through data analysis and market intelligence. A key focus of her role has been leading the transition to an industry-focused structure, ensuring the firm’s offerings and expertise are tailored to meet the unique demands of clients within different sectors.

Cristina also champions the adoption and localisation of Deloitte’s growth programmes, tools, and systems, aligning them with the local firm’s ambition.
